How We Can Help
The ‘How We Work’ section of our web site sets out our typical approach to consultancy work. We believe that we are exceptionally user friendly, flexible and able to deal with new and innovative requirements. Fundamental to any of our consultancy work is our desire to listen and understand customers’ needs. We are always happy to talk to customers or potential customers who think they may have a need for consultancy work or have a particular problem that needs to be addressed. Our Senior Partner, David Williamson, or any of our consultants would be happy to talk to you on a “no obligation” basis to discuss particular issues that your organisation faces and to consider whether we can provide help or not. In many cases we may recommend some consultancy work, an alternative approach, suggest you talk to a different consultancy organisation or indeed we may provide some solutions at this initial meeting. We, of course, make no charge for this service and would be happy for you to contact us simply to discuss such issues at any stage.
Should we agree that there is a need for some consultancy input, we will generally draw up some initial suggestions, outline one possible approach and indicate what this might cost. This ensures that there are no misunderstandings should work be commissioned. Typically however, we usually meet the client to further discuss these initial suggestions and to refine the approach to meet specific needs. In some cases work may be phased to develop thinking and to minimise the overall cost.
